Aleysha is a barista at my local coffee shop, and yes that is where we met. I got to photograph Aleysha + Josh out in the gorge next to the Columbia River last month. We hiked through wildflowers and dodged sheets of rain as we got to know each other.

Mothers day weekend was so special this year! It started up in Tacoma, WA where I got to photograph my good friend's wedding. Then I drove down to Portland Oregon to capture Courtney and EJ's newest addition to their sweet family. Carter is one of the sweetest babies I have ever been around! He has a calm temperament and is up for anything, as well as being a total cheese ball of a baby. His smile lights up those baby blues like a summer sky. Congratulations to Courtney - you are the best mom! EJ you and Carter are going to be getting into trouble very soon. And Waffles - you are perfect as usual. <3
